AND NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR FURTHER AND BETTER PARTICULARS

To The Hon Jacinda Ardern (Hereafter Collectively “You” “Your”),
I know that it is my duty to keep you informed of my will on any matter or issue that comes before Parliament or that should come before Parliament which affects the welfare of all members of the New Zealand community;

It is therefore my will, that you take immediate and ongoing action to ensure that:
1- The NZ government and ALL its Ministers immediately cease with and repeal all its efforts in support of and implementation of any legislation compelling any person, citizen, resident, people/s or member of the New Zealand community to be vaccinated, until such time as the will of the New Zealand people are first expressed and determined via State or Federal Referendum regarding the outcome of some of the important issues of compulsory or mandatory vaccination of all aforementioned parties; As you are already fully aware, legislating for the forced, compelled or mandatory vaccination of any people is illegal and unlawful without the prior expressed free will consent of the common people of the country of New Zealand; Nor can access to the people’s entitlements be legally and lawfully legislated to be made conditional or limited and subject to the same being vaccinated without their consent prior to attaining their entitlement/s;
2- That every NZ Parliament Minister take Notice of this ‘My Will Notice’ and abide by my will to NOT be vaccinated, nor my offspring/s vaccinated without my expressed prior written consent;
3- You accept personal liability for all damages, illnesses, death and genocide caused to any member of my immediate family or as a result of the application of any compulsory-mandatory vaccination program and that you agree to sign and witness the attached Affidavit of Claimant immediately and return to myself within 21 days of the date upon the Notice;
4- By failing, refusing or neglecting to sign and seal the attached Affidavit of Claimant within 21 days of the date of this Notice it is taken as your agreement and assent to deliver to myself a statement in writing disclosing that myself and my family are not required and are absolved of participation in any vaccination program without first attaining our expressed written consent while at the same time expressing our retention and preservation of our full and complete entitlements and rights, including but not limited to; Family Tax Benefit, credits, WINZ entitlements and Child Care Subsidy entitlements;
5- As New Zealand is a registered corporation, operating within commerce, you are to ensure any efforts to introduce vaccination programs upon the people of New Zealand is preceded by full disclosure and transparency regarding the effect of vaccination, with supporting verified and independent evidence, so the general public, the people of New Zealand, are properly informed and competent to withhold or issue their consent to any program of mass vaccination;
6- Each State and regional government allow their party and parliamentarian colleagues the right and duty to fulfil their judicially defined legal function and duty in their Houses of Parliament, and to speak and vote absolutely freely according to their individual conscience, and to reflect and effect the will of the people they (supposedly) represent;
7- Any candidate who promotes or otherwise presents to the electors, the people of New Zealand, a position regarding an issue in support of the expressed will of the people during any election campaign or otherwise,including but not limited by the issue of compulsory-mandatory-legislated vaccination, and subsequently fails, refuses or neglects when elected to represent or serve the expressed will of the people as promised during the election campaign, will, by a petition of 10% of his/her electors be removed from his seat or office, and that same person shall be brought before the court under charges of treason and answerable to the people, if found guilty, to accept appropriate penalty and to pay costs of a by-election;
8- The expression of the will of the people of New Zealand is to be enforced by the New Zealand Government and the Judiciary as promptly as practically possible;
9- Any NZ Parliament Minister that defies the expressed will of the people of New Zealand is to be immediately and as soon as practically possible, be imprisoned and to be tried for treason;
10- Any Bill passed by a Parliament but not published in the relevant Gazette shall be deemed never to have been enacted;
11- It is MY WILL (“OUR”) that a referendum be held nationally and immediately and as soon as practically possible over the issue of compulsory or mandatory vaccinations;
12- It is MY WILL (“OUR”) absolutely no changes are made to existing legislation concerning compulsory or mandatory vaccinations without the consent and express will of the People
