HOW TO BUILD YOUR KINGDOM?
communal-living
A Community Village
This may consist of many villages. Each village comprising of lets say 100 people. Each village is made up of direct family members and their off-spring being nga whanau haapu. The community village has its own membership to a national barter and exchange system. This allows the elected rangatiratanga kaitiaki to sponsor each village whanau haapu. In-turn the whanau haapu māngai sponsors each whanau member thereafter and so on. This Pay-It-Forward structure supports its direct sponsor which in-turn gives back to the community through exchange. All community activities are paid in credits, whether paid by the community village rangatiratanga kaitiaki, the whanau haapu māngai or member to member. Credits are a medium for tracking exchange. The true intrinsic value of any credit exchange is the transfer of resources by the people. This is done by providing a talent or service (labour) of exchange or by physical merchandise (a product or goods).

Villages can also consist of whangai members or guests that contribute to the general community but this must be approved by elders and the community village rangatiratanga kaitiaki. Whangai members or guests must abide by village tribal laws like everyone else but they cannot take ownership rights over immediate whanau haapu or the village or it's community. They are accountable individuals that are part of a whanau haapu village under the care and responsibility of the māngai or spokesperson they are attached too. Members of the community village and villages can be exiled if they commit serious misconduct and bring harm to another, where remedy cannot be sort. The before can only apply when due process of law is applied held with the community tribal council and jury of elders, rangatiratanga kaitiaki and māngai.
